Things to do

• Must remember to run the Exchange Server Best Practices Analyzer Tool against all Exchange 2003 server in the Asia Pacific and sent them the results.


• Modify my existing utility to export smtp addresses from Active Directory instead of Exchange 5.5 server.


• Decommission one of the consolidated Exchange 5.5 site. Before that, I will need to check the message tracking log to make sure no message is being sent or received.


• Check the daily scheduled job on the data warehouse server and install Veritas backup software.


• Need to start doing some testing on the Exchange 2003 Disaster Recovery Planning.


• Need to discuss with my colleague on creating Terminal Service Roaming Profile for our Japan's users.
