Adding CapacityIQ license key failed with License file not found

I was trying to a CapacityIQ license key but failed with the following error.

License error: 5
Diagnostic message: License file not found

I am very sure that the license key is correct.  So I did a search on the VMware Knowledge Base and found this article which solved the issue.

The solution is to copy the license file license-ciq-random_numbers from the /usr/lib/ciq/ folder of the vCenter CapacityIQ appliance to the vCenter Server license folder %ProgramFiles%\VMware\Infrastructure\VirtualCenter Server\licenses\site\.
