Outlook 2007: Could not install the custom actions. The object could not be found.

My colleague came over and started complaining that she is getting the “Could not install the custom actions. The object could not be found.” error message when she tries to open any message.

If she clicks OK, the message continue to open up.  A search on Google lead me to this Microsoft article.

I follow the article but there is no Frmcache.dat file found.  Instead there is a WINWORD.BOX file.

I deleted away the file and it eliminated the irritating error message.
