The date and time of one of our Windows Server 2008 virtual machine running on VMware vSphere 4.1 keeps getting out of sync. No matter how many times I set it to the correct date and time, it will revert back to the wrong date and time (-8 hours) after a reboot.
Fortunately it was resolved simply by reinstalling the VMware tool.
